Meera is a Mental Health Activist, Writer, and TEDx speaker.
She is dedicated to reducing the rates of suicide and stigma of mental health through public policy and facilitating conversations on an interpersonal level. Meera's activism has been recognized by Oprah, President Biden, Dr. Jill Biden, and U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy.
