Meera Varma, MPH, MSW, is a nationally recognized Mental Health Activist and TEDx speaker with 10+ years of experience working with federal, private, and nonprofit entities. She is deeply committed to reducing suicide rates through policy change and by fostering conversations about mental health on an interpersonal level.
Driven by a deep commitment to addressing the youth mental health crisis, Meera has worked alongside national leaders including Oprah, President Joe Biden, Dr. Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy. Through her work, Meera strives to be a voice of hope for those navigating their struggles in silence.
